Ward was born at MonroeLouisianaon 14 April1976. Monroe Christian School was her private Christian primary school. Following the completion of the requirements for high school she transferred to River Oaks High School in the summer before her junior year. There she was part of the drill and dance team. Following her graduation, she went to Northeast Louisiana University. Ward, then 13, began modeling after she left school. After graduation, she relocated into New York to pursue this job. Her acting career started after a few years further down the line. The first time she appeared on stage was in an uncredited part in 1970's soap opera All My Children, and later was cast in an teen drama for NBC Prime-Time Malibu Shores. In the latter half of 1996Ward landed a role in the daytime soap opera Sunset Beach where she portrayed the romantic Meg Cummings. She began her film career, starring as a character in The In Crowd as psychotic Brittany Foster. This movie, which was at first a failure financially in theaters, but later on video-on-demand (VOD) it became extremely loved. In the following year, Ward was in a cameo part in the cult film Shallow Hal. Also, she was a guest on several TV shows and direct-to-DVD movies. The role of Chloe Kmet was hers in 2009 in which she was the mother of a young woman on the ABC Family drama Make It or Break It. She married David C. Robinson, who was a producer. The couple was blessed with a baby named Cameron.

Sandra Lee has achieved great recognition on social media thanks to her pimple popping and blackhead removal videos. Dr. Pimple popping has been one of the most popular names for her on You Tube Instagram Facebook. In addition, she was featured in seven episodes of Dr. Pimple Popper on TLC. Additionally, she has launched her own skincare product range.
